The dedicated team at P.J. Spillings are fundamental to our success. Employees are treated fairly and with respect, and have regular opportunities to develop knowledge and skills through training and onsite experience.

Construction and business apprenticeships are delivered through partnerships with the CITB, OCR and Lowestoft College. Schemes provide a combination of practical experience and college based study. These learning methods equip apprentices with the competence, knowledge and skills needed to work efficiently.

There are over 60 members of the P.J. Spillings team but we are always on the lookout for talented and passionate people to join us.
